I rod an e- bike just a few weeks ago for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised and delighted with this experience ... and even if we are well assisted during the ride, I think the muscles work well nonetheless, because I had body aches the day after LoL 😃
Yes... I was pretty surprised that I was still as tired as riding normally! I was riding much further and faster... but I had to put in that extra! The assistance is much better than the motor doing the whole thing... you still get the exercise!
