I decided to go for a long ride again this Sunday morning. The weather was great at 75*f or so which makes is much easier on a long ride. (The heat really gets to me)

I've done about 10 miles before and that was a long ride and not even in mountains. lol
If you keep it up, you can build endurance and go longer.
