The Venezuelan Bolivar currency is so collapsed that it is almost worthless, following a severe economic downturn. The value of US $ 1 can now be equivalent to more than 6.3 million Bolivars (again: that's for only one US dollar, which is the most expensive equivalent of Rp. 14,500).

This crazy low value may only be comparable to the Zimbabwean dollar during Robert Mugabe's era, which was at the peak of hyperinflation on November 8, 2008, even the exchange rate of US $ 1 was equal to 669 billion Zimbabwe dollars. So maybe Venezuelans can still say that the value of their currency is still 1000 times higher than the Zimbabwean currency in the worst time of the country's economy.
