Disappointment as a weapon
We live in interesting times. The capitalist economy has destroyed the natural and social environment, and those who have acquired unimaginable wealth through this economic system are aware of it.

However, they do not want to give up. So how do we continue to accumulate wealth and power, while displaying 'positive effects and development' in society and in relation to the environment resulting from 'modern, compassionate and well-intentioned' capitalism? At the same time: how to shift the blame for the circumstances from the centers of power mentioned above?

People want change. And they want to work together to bring these changes. They want to use their anger, helplessness, disappointment and despair somewhere. And if possible, constructively. The masters in the background are well aware that they can harness and channel this emotional charge to their advantage.
Gradually and covertly, these same capitalist structures colonized the 'fight' for the rights of women, people with a different gender orientation, and different ethnic minorities. Therefore, they funded NGOs (non-government organisations) from peripheral, minority and disadvantaged groups. In order to highlight differences in gender, sexual orientation and ethnicity. Nothing about how people actually live and what they do. Even though the term "non-governmental organization" implies independence from governments, many NGOs depend heavily on governments for their funding.
Some politicians and the media would like to portray the institutionalization of discrimination - not as a consequence of the disintegration of social welfare, but as the development of a modern society.

Multinational mega-corporations, employing millions of people are introducing discriminatory policies on the pretext of anti-discrimination. Creating this politically correct culture, of course, creates resistance because each action has the opposite reaction, which separates society and creates more manageable groups. Let's mention just a few:
- men vs. women
- hetero vs. gay or trans
- white vs. blacks
- migrants vs natives
- young vs. old
With such an identity policy, the separation of people can go on forever.
This is ego politics. No matter which group is winning, I and all my people can be even better off. And there are always the ones who can be blamed for any social injustice. These are certainly never the ones who pull the strings. All these scatterings are created on a planned basis. People want to coexist in unity. Which is unacceptable to the authorities.

Climate groups have also emerged from identity policies. Only a few years ago, they were still nowhere to be found. An example is Extinction Rebellion. Their obvious ultimate goal is the seizure and privatization of nature within the meaning of proposed US legislation - the Green New Deal.
Unfortunately, social networks and political propaganda have made us lazy for any deep thinking. Being uninformed at a time of extremely convenient information is a real drama.

If you mean the first photo, which is like an intro... no, climate changes always exist. They always did and always will. But not like you heard on the news though. Sun has it's own temperature circles. For instance...300 years ago, England had extremely hot weather. They found wine barrels with names of local wineries. You can not see any planted vines in England today. It's too cold to grow it. Why? Climate changes.
