Hello dear steemians i hope that you are all having a good day then welcome to another topic, in fact it is some things will help you change the negative routine you live with, and will help you to be good mentally.

🔘 Hobbies: hobbies will develop your personality and take you to another level in your personal life.
Painting, drawing and photography" will help you to build an artistic eye and see things from different side can't normal people see it.

🔘 Smile: face the people with smile this will make them happy just a smile can make miracles and save a life (that is reminds me of a person wrote in a suicide letter "I would not have committed suicide if someone had smiled at me today")

🔘 Sharing: share some money with homeless and poor people , share love with orphans and give them some time they need it, help who needs your help and share peace. Sharing is caring.

🔘 Sport and healthy foods:
Sport protects you from diseases and keeps your body lean and also helps you expel mental illness (Like the YOGA)
Healthy Foods will give you a stronger body. Malnutrition will cause you obesity, and cancers.

🔘 Love: love will make you a better one eventually, will plant good things on you, will give you a chance to see things from positive side and help you to find yourself. will clear your soul from hate dust.

🔘 Reading: reading books or science magazines or everything useful will help you to be a better one and be respected by people with your knowledge you can't judge a book from his cover so people as well you can't judge them and say they are smart just from their clothes you should discuss with 'em and after judge.
