Dying The Food With Home-Made Colours + Original Photos
Colors act one of the most important role in a huge variety of meals. Colourful food awaken all the senses and it is the primary reason why we start eating with "eyes". Supermarkets are full of food with vibrant and atractive colours and little bottles of coloring, that, no matter their superb look, they are vicious for your health.
However, one can easily make colors at home using basic ingredients. It is a piece of cake! Today we will make 2 colors, purple and yellow from a beetroot and carrot.
Juice carrots with juicer and put all the liquid into a glass. Juicer must be clean to continue juicing different ingredients. When your juicer is clean, juice the beetroot and put it into a glass too.
Now the glasses are full of natural home-made dye that you can add to your sweets, bakings, crepes and waffles... These dyes have no taste, so you can use it absolutely anywhere without worrying that it will have a taste.
My future posts I will dedicate to cooking with these home-made dyes. So, let's stay in the contact :)
Fantastic colors and good for us too, well done @caminito!
