I explored a Naturalistic Oasis on the Piave River, in Northern Italy - My PhotoWalk
A few days ago I was in Sernaglia della Battaglia where there is a naturalistic oasis: Fontane Bianche (white fountains).
The name of this pristine oasis is due to the clarity of the resurgence waters that characterize this area compared to the more turbid waters of the other torrents.
After parking the car after a few meters along the wooden bridges and I immediately find myself in a totally natural environment allowed to grow in freedom.
The walk is accompanied by the sound of water flowing alongside the path.
The presence of running water from the feeling of life, of energy...put me in a good mood.
I decide to take a nice path between maple and acacia trees, there's nobody...it's great!
At one point I see a small wooden thing. It's a place to watch the birds without scaring them...
There are holes on the wall ... I try to see if I can photograph something, but I'm impatient to see the rest of the oasis, so I decide to continue along the path!
The environment is beautiful, the route is all flat, you walk without difficulty.
I photograph a maple fallen into the water. He was crawling where the ground was too soft because near the water...
I hear a dog barking...I turn around and see that not far away, a dog with his owner are playing in the water...
I continue along the path... the environment is well maintained, there are wooden elements that make the oasis neat and pleasant.
Suddenly a running dog passes by me and dives into the water! Maybe it's the dog I had seen before!
After a few suti arrives a woman, the owner of the dog, greets me and follows the dog in the water! They know how to have fun! :D
It seemed to me one of those magical moments of rare naturalness... I tried to capture it... I do not know if I succeeded.
Do not disturb beyond the two friends and I decide to continue the walk.
The path passes in the middle of a green meadow.
At the end of the meadow the path overlooks an inlet... the water was surprisingly clean! Wow!
The photos do not make the idea...I wanted to dive!
The oasis is really great, I did not have time to dwell too much, I wanted to see what was waiting for me!
I meet a family who relaxed on wooden benches. Their children played near the water...I hope they knew how to swim...
There were plants and shrubs growing in the water...maybe the water level is variable...
There was another wooden bridge...I had to go on!
Unexpectedly, I found myself faced with a thatched wooden building!
I went to see closely but I did not sit...
A little further on there was a wooden walkway... there is water everywhere, so there are many bridges.
The hour of sunset was approaching and the plants were colored slowly by more intense and vibrant tonalities.
I approached the stream and was surprised when I saw a group of fish swimming in the crystal clear water.
I saw some benches nearby... I sat down for 5 minutes and saw a dry leaf... the first sign of autumn!!
I was almost at the end of the path... so I decided to continue.
I saw some pink flowers so I try to photograph them taking advantage of the background with water and creating a more romantic bokeh...
A few meters away there was a mowed lawn with ancient plants near the water ... if anyone cares about this point is perfect to relax with your girlfriend:D
I was almost there at the car when I saw some dogs running carefree in the trees...
One of the three turns to look at me and seems to want to say:
Sorry, I did not see that you were photographing me... here I am!
A man calls them, and they, attracted by the call, turn to look at him while the third dog continues to smell the ground.
Here we are at the end.
I hope you enjoyed the post, visit the oasis for me was really nice and interesting.
I know I write an imprecise English so I apologize to you for the mistakes I make...
Thank you for the encouragement you write to me, I wish you all a beautiful day!
Yes, a photowalk in the nature, my favourite kind of photography posts!! And what marvellous nature you captures, I love pictures of bridges, paths and trails in the woods. Oh and that clear water, so beautiful. I think the latter picture of the woman and her dog is especially beautiful, I bet she would love to have that picture for herself :)
Thanks Eve your appreciation is worth double!
Yes, I thought so...if I knew who the woman is, I would give her the picture!
