Team 7UP is back with a new member and a new focus hoping to be selected as a June Curation Team, firstly we would like to acknowledge the efforts of @haidermehdi over the past few months who is leaving the team sadly - Thank you

We would like to announce a very warm welcome to our newest member @nahela who is keen to be part of the Team, as a team we will continue to support each other in anything we can.

We are sure that by now you know us pretty well and we do not need any formal introduction. What we would like to focus on this month is increasing the CSI of SC07 by being selected for the month of June.

Having a collective experience as a team the taste to success is so much easier, greater and rewarding. There is no lack of experience in The7Up.

@disconnect - Promotes all the contests on the platform. It’s a daily update that encourages Steemians to be join in and be active on the platform.

COMMON GOAL
To optimize a team and drive them to success there must be a common goal. The common goal for June will be;

1. To stay successful while maintaining our high standards

4 members are already in #club100
1 in #club75
2 in #club5050

1. To work together as a team

The7Up’s is not about the individual but working as a team as we have proven in April & May. During this period our team leader also received full support from the team members.

1. To encourage and lend support to users of the platform

We will continue encouraging and monitoring users with a Voting CSI of less than 5% and lend support to those Steemians with a reputation of under 65.

CLEAR INTENTIONS

Whatever the challenges of the coming month might be the team has clear intentions to market and support Steem Growth by rewarding 'content with a purpose', 'content with an audience' and 'reward good comments'

#steemgrowth - for any marketing, promotion or anything related to powerups and the likes

#contest - for launching new contest and entries

#burnsteem25 - users must use setting a 25% payout to @null.

The7Up will be curating and rewarding good comments. By supporting good comments we hope to create better interaction on posts by encouraging Steemians not only to comment on qualified posts but to also to comment well.

Although 2% is a small percentage we do believe that it could help with increasing engagements on posts.

FAIR CONTRIBUTION
If something is working, do not change it!

We will delegate each member 24hrs to curate the tags we have selected.
That particular member is responsible for the time window.
The7Up is a team effort. Members will therefore be assisted by two more members to cover the workload.
We wish to select at least 25 posts per day and up vote between 40 – 50% of the voting power. This will allow a maximum of posts being curated within 24hrs window period.

SET STANDARDS

The requirement to be selected for curation would be the same as for April and will be as follow;

Must follow club initiative ( #club5050, #club75 and #club100).
The user must have above 5% of Voting CSI and not be above 5% self-votes.
The post must have at least 300 words and should be properly presented. (Include captions for photographs, justify alignment etc.)
The content must be Plagiarism free.
The users must not use Bid-Bots or any vote purchasing services.
Of importance;

Only when the above guidelines are fulfilled will we select a post for curation support!
The voting power will always be maintained above 80% and will not be rested at 100% at any time.
Not to curate on posts which are voted by other teams or the Steemit team
