Welcome to #50 of You Got Snekked!

This time we SNEKKED 6 posts and we hope you will have a look at them all! We now have a total of 9 curators (including me) and all I can say is that I am really proud of how this project is growing! Thank you all for the wonderful support!

You Got Snekked does not stop when you become bigger! We believe that everyone on the platform deserves to be curated! We don't look at rep, wallet or if you are new or if you have been here for two years! Manual curation is for everyone in our belief!

2019 is coming soon. We are excited to welcome New Year and make resolutions. After a couple of months, unfortunately some people think they cannot keep up with resolutions. It is kind of disappointing. I was reading @tanata’s post. Sometimes we do not do what we want to do and we do something that we do not want to do.

You must have some New Year’s resolutions. It could be about your career, relationship, finance or health. @tanata said something on her post that caught my attention. That is, “knowledge can unlock your ability to follow through and accomplish any goal you truly desire.” To know more about it, you will have to read the post.

Meet @inu-jim

@inu-jim captures the expression of a "naughty school girl" perfectly here! =) ... I was taken right back to my childhood, when in primary school, there was a girl who for some reason picked me out as her favourite person to bully :P ... My mother told me it was because she liked me but I never saw any evidence of that.

It was all done in Adobe Photoshop, with many layers - obviously a lot of hard work. If you'd like to give something like this a try yourself, then check out this previous post in which @inu-jim gives an entire, highly detailed tutorial. Be sure to check out the rest of his blog, too!

Meet @pterangl

@pterangl is a sketch artist who uses colour sparingly in his sketches, giving his work a rather unique look. In this post, he shows his step-by-step process of sketching the superheroine "Esfinge", or Sphinx in English. I liked discovering a superhero I hadn't heard of before =)

This sketch caught my eye but I chose the post more in order to feature the whole artist - Go take a look at his complete gallery! His work is impressive to say the least.!

Winner of a few openmics, he always gift us his work with a high quality sound and production. I'm not sure when I began follwiong this blog and I don't recall interacting wiht this Steemian via Discord at all, but when i stumbled upon this in my fee dtoday I felt compoelled to share the post with you. It's a very simple post focusing solely on sharing images. When I read the captions I felt I could place myself there and imagine what it must be like to live among such wondrous scenery.

I do live in a place wehre I'm surrounded by a lot of nature, but the grass always seems greener elsewhere, especially at a time when many of us are dealing with the tumult of our lives on top of the crypto market. This is the sort of post I an truly appreciate, I hope you do as well.
