It's time to learn few more things about economy, cryptography and statistics. I'd like to start with a mention of Andrea Millen Rich who died after a 19 year long fight with cancer at the age of 79. From 1982 to 2005 she was the president of Laissez-Faire Books, which billed itself as “the world’s largest collection of books on liberty.” I didn't even know about this great lady until I read a post by Paul Rosenberg and by the time I read it Andrea Rich had passed away. You can use the above website to clean up your online presence to a significant extent. There is no guarantee that NSA or related organization will not keep backups. But at least you'll be able to make your private data less accessible.
Good stuff, I enjoyed the Buffet infographic, I have avoided using google as much as possible, I try to keep the location turned off on my phone. I don't upload pictures of myself or my family. I also give them a lot of disinformation, they assume everything they know about you is true ;)
Can say similar things about myself. It also helps to spread your activities over multiple competitors like Microsoft etc. That should result in more confusion (hopefully - or my efforts would be wasted)
Agreed, also although I am sure it is no longer the case many of the search engines didn't actually save all data on everyone's searches forever, they only kept it for like a month. I never really used google search because they have always kept everything forever.
