I've faced this issue, when tried to collect some list of memebers to follow and to fulfill my feed with high quality content.

Obviously this isn't the kind of solution that sorts out ALL of the not so quality content, but as this one has the minimum word count and minimun reputation rule, it's better than the new posts or the trending tab, and far more better than sorting out ones followers.
