Fallen by @paintingangels is a poem that makes use of formatting to communicate a bird's experiences.

The covers closed as a protective shell,
to keep the monsters at bay.
The gloom of the room bore heavily down,
and in the darkness she lay.

Brought into the Fold by @tarazkp is a poem about dreaming, featuring an abcb rhyme scheme.

I can hear the beating of your heart
over valleys and oceans, tearing us apart
I bow to a joker, I see as a king
And I can walk out a fool or a queen

Distant Shores by @breezin is a song written collaboratively with @davidfar- I love their lyrical choices (and the music is pretty good too)

Coaster Town by @sidequest is a continuation of this week's bananafish story , a fun slice of life story with amusing jokes and a sweet crush.

Saltwater by @justatouchfey is a poem that plays on the ideas of shallow and empty- and I love her explanation underneath as well, where she discusses the concept that you don't bring home the things that you find because their spirit will follow you home.
