Actullay I am not know process of upvote system of dtube.
Some person are asked me in discord that they delegate steem power but can not get upvote.

some are regularly post but they can not get.
Its not a matter but sometimes its may arise question in mind!!
I tell them the system is manually so chance of miss as all those are human being.
But I think it should be solve soon as equal distribution
