Application - Community Curators Project
Because we are facilitating your cryptographic experience!
Núcleo-fse is an online project, with community objectives and purposes. We believe that success is uphill without effective and timely advice. For this reason we provide support to users by facilitating their incorporation and then the easy development within the platform.
Our experience
Curing is a process in which the content exposed by an author within the platform is valued. It constitutes a rigorous work of revision, analysis and reflection, in which it is determined whether a publication should be valued or not. It is important to note that the process is not completely objective. Therefore, the healing work will be monitored in a solid way, submitted to a continuous evaluation based on our principles.
It's hard work that needs time, coordination and dedication. For approximately 6 months we decided to be an alternative proposal to the existing curing projects in the community. We managed to attract a select group of authors committed to the platform due to their perseverance, knowledge and commitment to the hard work of being content creators.
In addition, we support projects that used Steem as infrastructure through our partner project @hispapro. A program that takes place weekly to invite leaders to a live meeting through the discord and to be able to inform all users what their proposals are and how we can access them.
We also provide support to users who are new to the platform and make their incorporation as easy as possible.
The community or thematic areas you would like to select - language
We select all creative areas, especially science, arts and literature. But we are prepared and available to best evaluate any content written in Spanish.
Why do you think you'd be a good content curator?
We are an enthusiastic team of the blockchain movement and our commitment is to make this project a tool for adoption. Therefore, it is necessary that what is exposed in the platform is of quality and shows a minimum effort to do a work that gives value to the platform. In addition, we advise and support authors who are in the process of achieving the minimum required, necessary to achieve our purposes.

Certainly it is very important the criterion of healing with which a publication is valued, since if it is done correctly it is possible to fill the platform with good content where every time the people who publish feel stimulated 100% to generate quality content under the standards of the platform and the community that supports them.
The work of the curator is a job that I have admired a lot because it requires even greater concentration than the person who generates content, in the sense that he must approve that a publication is free of plagiarism and at the same time also value that it is of quality, so much respect is due to this activity.
Finally, it is important that the community of #Nucleo-FSE contemplates as well explained in this publication that it will maintain a constant supervision in the activity of healing based on its norms and established principles.
