RE: An Illustrated Guide to Curation - from the simple to the complex - with real examples from past posts - Part 2

in #curation7 years ago

Very well written article, @miniature-tiger. None of this information is readily apparent to the new Steemit user. This stuff should be in the Steemit How-to guide! Looking forward to part 3. Cheers!

Thanks! Part 3 should be up in the next couple of days.

Did part 3 never happen?! Was so excited to read the next part. Awesome article, thanks for doing these.

No, never happened. I can't remember why now. I think probably I ended up using the same information in some of the studies I did on OCD, and it started to feel less like an actual guide and more specific.

I'll have another look at it when HF20 comes in - see what I can think of to add.

Thanks for reading though. Glad you enjoyed!

hf20 is in now!

Looks like you found part 2!

This is my first HF20 curation post:

Tips for HF20 curation rewards:

  • Vote as close to 15 minutes as possible (or at 15 mins) to avoid early voting penalties.
  • Vote before other people - the smaller the payout when you vote the better.
  • Vote on posts that you think / know will get large rewards.
  • Vote on posts you like for win / win.
  • Every post is different. There's no single best time to upvote.

... I mean, that's fine advice, but more "you should behave like a normal person" than "tips" ;)
