RE: First Whale Upvote & Why Everyone with SP should be Curating DTube Videos. [DTube Exclusive]
Im kinda new to all this. I've been a bit pissed of latley by Dtube. I make fishing & Boating vlog videos in Ireland and spend hours editing and making the videos. I feel that the amount of work I put in is nothing, especially when bots beat you to the trending and good content gets left in the shadows with very little upvotes. So I've tried to use a few of these bots myself to try and promote my vlog and now kinda wish I didn't, made no difference anyway. I'm clearly doing something wrong. Anyway.. Also while I'm ranting. Does anyone know how to tell if a bot follows you and get rid of bots that follow me without going through every user in my followers. I want just steemit users and not bots to make it more genuine. If I am making no sense tell me to shut up. Newbie
Sorry for your experience. Just keep at it and keep trying and keep on improving. We can't control who follows, comments or upvotes us, but we can control what we put out there. And as long as it's something we can be proud of, at the end of the day, that's all that really matters. If it's any encouragement to you, I've made over 700 exclusive videos on @dtube and it's only now I got noticed by a whale as generous and amazing as @thejohalfiles --- there are good people out there. Just stay true to your passion. If fishing is it :) at least you get to do what you love and document it!
