I have no idea, but they along with others are doing what they can to get as much STEEM per day as possible with minimum to zero effort (you basically go to their chat-room and brag about some article you wrote on a different account so they come and upvote it - then they write a post about the few accounts they upvoted so that we can upvote their post and they make lots of STEEM which can be worth a shitload of dollars per token in the future as we grow in users and demand).
