 A lot of people love to consume content but did you ever think you could get paid to consume content and drop a like on it. Well on steemit its different the people who curate or boost you content in the search ranks on steemit get paid to do this. The good thing about this is you can also reap the benefits for curating and it is not just earning steem you can also build a community with unity. 

  You can boost your reach because the person you up-vote could come to your channel and cast and up-vote with can help you. Also if there up-vote is worth something like a dollar or even 25 cents it still helps you long-term. The good news is you also get rewards as previously mentioned, for example big whales like Jerry Banfield make a lot of money because their up-vote is worth more money. So you should in my opinion save up steem power and voting power to make an impact on small bloggers post like me.

  Like I previously mentioned the power in your account determines your impact on steemit bloggers. In a way you can say "money talks" and it controls the platform and its creators. This money talks way of doing things does have a drawback and that drawback is people with power can become bullies. What I am trying to explain to you in this statement is if someone has an account with 2 million dollars they can control a lot of the platform. This can also be a driving force for people to go to back to sites such as YouTube,Facebook, and other low paying websites that does not appreciate small creators.

  I could give you one tip which is not to waste time. Time is the biggest key to this strategy and the strategy is to curate a post when it is new and you will reap more rewards. Also to get more rewards save up steem power and gain authority in the community.  Another tip is make friends with whales I am telling you this can help you receive rewards but it also helps you gain authority.

  Everyone hates down-votes they are bad but they in some little way can help regulate hate speech, Garbage content,and plagiarism. Down-votes can also score big curation rewards if you are a whale like freedom for example if he was to down-vote this this he would take my reputation down by 5 points and any rewards the content earns is his. Like I said Down-votes can hurt creators like if @dan kept down-voting an account with less steem he would hurt them a lot and take a lot of rewards.

Now for the conclusion I think curation is a great way to earn and make money on steemit. I belive it is cool to earn off of curation rewards and build reputation. I still belive curation has its limits and it should not be used to bully or hurt other creators.We are all here to grow as a community not attack each other.
