That's a very cool thing you're doing there @miti, it's always nice to see when someone takes the manual approach to support the Steem community! There are far too many bots here... and I find it far more rewarding to interact with and support individual contributors.

I agree with you, @curatorcat.. It is is very demanding, but very rewarding!
It's time consuming, to be sure! If I didn't have work that includes periods of "slack time" where I can look at posts, I wouldn't be doing this, because I just wouldn't have the time.
