It was so tight at the top! I'm wondering what the best time to vote is. I've been voting at 10 minutes, but I see a lot of people are voting even before that...

    Depending on the author many votes may come from autovoting services.
    Therefore the voting times should be somewhat consistent and you can estimate a near optimum time ;)
    Wouldn't even be that difficult to implement.

    I think it is even possible to analyze if a vote is coming from autovoting or from the user itself.
