The Steemit allows for content redistribution. Wouldn't that encourage plagiarism, reposting, and using copyrighted works? While I'd like to have faith in the reward system that readers are very conscious of what sort of behaviours to encourage, it is not a guarantee that exploitation and unethical content practices are prevented.

If you ever curate, ask permission, link back, make a short description of gratitude to original authors, and cite sources.
