Chelsea vs Arsenal : cup today

Chelsea and Arsenal will face Stamford Bridge in the first leg of the League Cup semi-final. Both clubs intend to win to secure a trophy in the 2017-18 season.

Chelsea is predicted to come down with the best squad. Eden Hazard who suffered a minor injury is expected to perform although not down since the early minutes.

The game will be a challenge for Alvaro Morata who many throw away opportunities when Chelsea meet Arsenal. Previously, Antonio Conte had warned Morata to appear more sharp and effective in taking advantage of opportunities.

Meanwhile, Arsenal are expected to perform with the best strength due to the title in the 2017-18 season. Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez are likely to play from the start.

The main problem facing Arsenal is a matter of consistency. In the last five games, the Gunners only recorded one victory. In fact, Arsenal were knocked out of the FA Cup after being subdued from Nottingham Forest.
