Yeah I have heard a lot about the day market.
You may have heard about the Maeklong Railway Market in Bangkok, Thailand. There is a railway building in the market. The train just pass by you! In Chun Yeung Street, you have get the similar experience.
I wonder how it looks, Hongkong is in my travel book. One day I'll come to Hongkong.
