Very interesting tradition! In my adopted country, Canada, obviously everyone likes to eat turkey. It's dry, it's boring and the cranberry sauce makes it worse. Our family tends to have a lamb or beef roast instead. Never heard of carp before, but it looks mouth-watering delicious.
