Idol cake when the engagement or marriage of aceh people

this time I will introduce to you guys about the traditional cake of aceh people.
this is "Meusekat"
I cant mention what is the other name of this cake because this cake is pure food typical of aceh
Meuseukat is a typical Aceh snack like dodol because of its soft texture and sweet taste.
This sweet taste is obtained from the pineapple fruit used in the making so this cake is also called dodol nanas.
The color of this cake is white because it only uses wheat flour without coloring food.
the yellow color due to pineapple fruit used as a mixture.
this becomes a custom cake for our community, this cake must exist in weddings and engagements.
for the bride this cake is considered a way to appreciate the bride's family.
every wedding and engagement event every family is obliged to donate the cake to the bride's family to lighten the bride because her baking process is very old and rather difficult.
it is very sweet because it contains lots of sugar until if it is long will appear sugar that has hardened from the cake it is the sugar juice from the cake.
