KROENG (rice container) and Jengki (rice pounder) are like husband and wife, they need each other. It came to where the harvest season, the rice was taken home and kept for years in the traditional rice container when they needed the rice, they just took out from the countainer to be pounded with Jingki. Both of traditional tools were no longer available in modern society unless few people in the village who used these tools.

The rice container was made out from the bamboo skin and sugar palm tree.
