Cultures Should Never Be Abandoned

The cultures of individuals have long existed for a very long time and it is very necessary that we learn to pass the culture from one generation to another; this will enable the culture last for a very long time.

There are some cultures that are very interesting and they have to be preserved because it is of a great importance and they are:
• People in Africa who respect their elders and authorities.
• A level of respect of hard work.
• Lovely marriage practices.
• How chieftain titles are used.
• Being hospitable and caring to visitors.
• The ability to properly maintain law and order.

A culture in Nigeria, known as the Yoruba’s the female kneel to greet their Parents and the male prostrate to greet their parents, none of the kids dare to look at the parents face and talk to them dis respectively.

Our Culture can be preserved in certain ways and this are the ways it could be practiced.

It is good that these things should be preserved and they can be kept in museum.

The old buildings should be kept alive and renovated.

Traditional festivals could continually be practiced and observed.

The cultural dresses should be maintained and not forgotten.
