Did their life matter much?

My heart bleeds when I behold this, from a market in kwara state of Nigeria, I came to conclude that most people WHO came here to search for a living,
mostly from the northern part of the country has no or little value for their life.
THE POSSIBLE CAUSES OF THIS ARE

• Nigeria government has no value for her citizens.
• The men of the Nigeria forces and para military are not doing their jobs
• poverty has eaten up the mind of these people.
• Their life means noting to them may be they has backups.
• what can u say about this?
