In 2008, I had a meeting with businessmen from South Korea, they told me that until 100 years ago they had a Chinese letter, they now have their own. Also, the Koreans are a mixture of Chinese and Mongols. @slowwalker

you are right in that point.
In north east asia, chinese letters were as same as Latin.
So I can read and write chinese letters.
