Circle of Frith - What it is and why it's important

Frith itself is a word used to define the relationship of close family and how their lives are all a part of a larger family energy. Close kin are our connection to the past, support for the present, and inspiration for the future. In past times, this connection between family members was the core relationship they would hold for their entire lives and was much stronger than it is in current western culture.

A Circle of Frith could be thought of as one's relationship with the outside world. A person's core circle would be husband/wife & son/daughter. In past times and in my own mind, this holds true today as well. When you have a close friend going through a hard time, how often can you also feel their pain? When they do something amazing, how happy does that also make you feel? This is an example of emotional energy coming into your own physical mind from a Circle of Frith. Your own emotional energy can also be transmitted this way when your loved ones are nearby.

Current American Culture is doing it's best to fracture the individuals inner CIrcles of Frith in many ways as they grow and develop into maturity. This insult to natural human needs is manifesting in our current times with the insanity of national politics, level of corruption the populus accepts from their leadership, & the economy being a shell of it's potential.

When a person looks at their own life with a certain amount of objectivity this pattern can most likely be seen. And certainly some families do much better than others in maintaining the order and strength of their inner circles, but it will be more common than naught based upon my own experience. The exercise of determining who is included in your personal Circles of Frith can be a trying one, but well worth the effort when you can understand it on deeper levels.
