Looking a city changing face: Durres transformation -PART 3

Hi everybody!
Here I am again to tell you my observations on Durres!
The image is of a modern, very young city, which wants to grow, to look at the future and to feel European.
Many young people, who have decided to attend the University outside of Albania, returned after their studies to open their business or to work, also considering the government tax breaks for those who decide to open a business.
The results at the urban level are astonishing: Compare yourself Piazza Lliria, from what looks like today (first image of public domain) to what I photographed it in 2013.
