Being closer to the equator, you don't get the swing between 7 hours of daylight and 18 hours of daylight. On the plus side it was -2C last week, so 10C seems lovely and mild. I lived in Canada for a while, when winter started to wear off and the temperature rose above freezing, the shorts were on and the convertible roofs were down.
