Cultivation by biological procedures

A biological or organic crop is one that the farmer grows naturally, without using inorganic fertilizers or other chemical products. The farmer feeds the soil naturally and thus gives him energy to feed the plants. Only use the manure that can produce, unlike other farmers, who depend on mineral resources and non-renewable fuels for the use of inorganic fertilizers and pesticides.
Keep the natural balance

In biological cultivation, it is intended to avoid altering the balance of nature and also to avoid the effects caused by pesticide residues in human nutrition. Sprays against pests may be useful in the short term, but practice has shown that they disrupt the vital balance of insects.
You can not divide the peasants into two different biological and conventional groups. Most of the organic farmers follow the same basic principles: alternating periods of pasture and cultivation, removal of the subsoil and shallow cultivation, sterilization and a high level of self-sufficiency. But some have adopted several levels of modern chemical technology. For example, many use chemical herbicides to replace the hoe, as labor is scarce. But this is irreplaceable: manuring with manure requires more time and effort than with atomized fertilizer.
The biological farm works best if the farmer adopts a mixed system, with livestock grazing grass and other "resting" crops (those that allow the soil to "rest" from a cereal crop) and providing manure instead of packaged fertilizer. Organic farming without livestock is possible, but crop rotation should be carefully planned, interspersing legumes such as beans and peas.
