The Cub Airdrop Could Be Exciting

So from what I have heard and read, it looks like there will be a cub airdrop on the polygon chain. It isn't clear what the amount will be and whether Leo holders will get anything as well or if it will only be for those holding Cub.

This could explain why Cub and Leo have been flat or rising despite the general negative sentiment in crypto. Unfortunately, these sort of things are usually unsustainable as the receivers of the new tokens dump everything on the markets.

Goose has gone below $3 and Thunderswap is below 7 cents. Terrible times in DeFi to be honest.

If UniSwap has taught us anything, printing a ton and distributing it far and wide is one way to do things. Lots of people holding your coins means more people have a vested interest in it and want it to succeed. But that's sort of the problem that Leo has in that it is restricted to 10,000 or so users.

So distributing more within this group isn't actually going to achieve the intended effects. I think they should do promotion on Twitter and Forums and then distribute some to winners that way as well.

Not convinced on Kingdoms

Kingdoms has been launched to much fanfare and the talk is about how it will be more sustainable model than the goose finance model.

Looking at the numbers, unless the initial yields come down fast, it doesn't look to be much of a change from what we have now in the farms and dens.

Again, what is needed is a buying mechanism for Cub. Let me give you an example. If for example, we had to stake Cub in order to generate crappy tokens that then have to be sold in order to get more cub to stake? That would be a virtuous cycle.

Because Cub needs to be bought in order to stake more. Rather than what we have now which is to sell Cub in order to stake more.

KuCoin and CoinEx Tokens

If we've seen the run up of Binance, it does seem to be a case of Tether money pumping up their smartchains. So that stands to reason that buying some of the other tokens that plan to release their own smart chain might be a decent idea.

Two that come to mind are KuCoin and CoinEx. I am buying some in anticipation of a run up as they develop more. It could be foolish but I think in the medium term, I like these exchanges and use them fairly often so owning a stake in them wouldn't be too bad an idea.
