Take a break - it can help your business
Gday folks,
Taking a break, it sounds counterproductive but really it isn’t.
It has great benefits special for yourself (health, focus, helps maintain relationships, just do some fun stuff, etc..) and yes it really can help your business! I am not talking about a full time vacation for a week or so...!
Maybe a few hours, not even everyday. Maybe even just a 10-15 min nap will help. Just do something else inbetween all the work.
Dont see it as something negative at all, see it more as a re-charge of your brain, and yes your business. New ideas can many times pop up when you do this, it does for me atleast, I do not say that all those ideas are about business, but yes it works....
Today I just did that, took a great break, not maybe the way many think of as a break, but it was a refreshing something else then business I did.
This was more like a good adrenaline kick/Rush.. me and a friend went for a nice "wild" ride.
In this Awsome; Ford F-150 SVT Lightning. supercharged version of the 5.4L V8, producing 360 hp with the Triton-Engine, and the I will call it cool Eaton-compressor.

That information above is for any who was a little interesting in a little info about this lovely, fun little pick-up truck.
Well as said this was what I did today with a friend, did some riding around, tested the compressor a little, did some burning-rubber, and then just cruisin around a little. (As we was back to ago of 18-20..lol )
But it was fun, and refreshing to do. We had just fun, and enjoy our trip around.
Well when I came home, I was ready for an other round online, refreshed, from some "away" time and fun.
So now I do some work around the net, and going for a little more training at the new refreshed Clicktrackprofit

Allso will do a little more here and there...when the Adrenalin has kinda slowed down a little.
Well that was my story of what I did today to take a Break from Business, and it helped. What helps for you I can not tell, but just try do something else then business for just even 15 min...
