When facing an awper in a angle held position, the best thing to do is to side peak with your knife or weapon out to get the awper to fire a shot immediately take the angle where he moved back from and wait for him to re peak you and you take the frag on him! make sure its a clean shot to secure that kill. Awpers are a difficult and dangerous role the enemy can use against you.
