yes,pay pal is a fraud. ones i have linked my visa to pay pal account to pay click bank $1 to sign up and i knew that click bank is fraud but i was not knowing that pay pal is also fraud i did not dis-linked my visa from pay pal and tomorrow i saw that $27 dollar is paid to click bank but i have not paid to click bank,i was so much nervous that time.and i have dis-linked my visa from pay pal.its really very big fraud,i appreciate you for your job.
