Review: BerryZFlow Essential Oils for Healing

My friend Keith at BerryZFlow has a lot of essential oil based products, as well as crystals for healing. I must say that Keith's products are great, especially the sandalwood oils and the other types of essential oils. Unlike other aromatherapy products that you may find, these are either pure or in organic, natural bases and handmade in small batches.

Indian Sandalwood Oil

This has a very smooth and rich scent, and is also light. I got some of it and it really wears well and is very long lasting. I'm by no means an expert on scented oils but this is definitely a scent that I could wear every day.

Eagleswood Oil (for Aloeswood Oil fans)

Before checking out Keith's site I didn't know the difference between Eagleswood and Aloeswood. If you enjoy the light scents of Japanese incense such as Morning Star brand, you'll be aware that one of the biggest 'notes' in that aromatic cocktail is aloeswood (沉香).

Not many people know what it is but it's a huge component of incense in the Far East. It's much milder than sandalwood and has a cool fragrance. There's a theory that the "aloes" in the Old Testament is actually aloeswood, rather than aloe vera.

Eagleswood is an affordable alternative to aloeswood and I must say in my experience it pretty much smells the same. Keith also has aloeswood in the store if you want the real deal.

White Rose Hydrosol

Hydrosols are also known as floral waters. Keith uses the real deal, the stuff from Bulgaria. Roses have been cultivated in Bulgaria for hundreds of years, especially the famous Damask rose which is picked at dawn.
