Cryptovoucher offers you options to acquire your favorite coins directly with PayPal, credit cards, bancontact, giftcards, etc.

This review is both to create awareness and give some insight on how this new purchase system works.

GETTING STARTED

Using cryptovoucher entails signing up on https://cryptovoucher.io with your email and password. Purchasing your first crypto with cryptovoucher might seem somewhat tricky as it offers numerous payment options. You'd find it a lot easier however if you're savvy in diverse online payment methods or are in a 'favoured region'

Make your puchase by selecting buy now from the main menu and decide what buy option suits you - online, locally, or with gift cards.

For this review, I initially chose the online purchase method partly because of my location and also because i do not know how use gift cards (yet)

So going with online purchase, choose from the available packages the amount of crypto vouchers you wish to purchase (10 - 1000EUR) and select the crypto you wish to buy. You'll be shown the current value of the crypto depending on the package you chose in the previous page. Agree with cryptovoucher's T&C then select your preferred online payment method - again depending on your region and convenience. My choice here was card payment because I'm in neither of the countries the other payment systems operate.

You are then prompted in the next page to proceed to a distributor's website for the purchase. Register at the distributor's site firstly, then make your purchase with your preferred card. Things being on equal scale, you should receive a code in your email address on successful completion of your payment.

With such feat, mass adoption of blockchain/cryptocurrency is only at the horizon...

ISSUES (Big and Small)

My short tour of cryptovoucher.io unveiled some aspects/fetures in want of further developments which is understandable given that the platform is yet new. For instance, the kyc mention on the user profile page might be misleading especially as there's no detailed information on it nor link to upload the kyc documents.
Also the process of having to register on two websites (as with the online payment method) is rather stressful especially on first time. Furthermore, distributors of cryptovoucher do not accept mastercards from some regions which compounds the problem. (I had to go from distributor site to distributor site, but none would process my order with my naira MasterCards, and so I was unable to make my purchase for this review. A friend similarly complained of same issue and this obviouly accounts for the low participation in this particular oracle-d task).

Finally, the support service on cryptovoucher.io is uncomfortably slow. It came to a point I opened a support ticket for clarification on kyc details and it took over six hours to get a feedback aside the initial auto acknowledgment of receipt of my ticket.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Based on the aforementioned lags, my recommendations for cryptovoucher.io are as follows:

• A fully developed user profile page (My Account) and Settings with more detailed information -- detailed user profile and detailed Kyc requirements with link to upload the documents (if users have to undergo the procedure)

• Obviously, it might be impossible for cryptovoucher.io to handle all payments/purchases on its site (although this would save one the stress and inflation by the middlemen). So I suggest the team should at least send out a note to its distributors to lift their regional ban on payments. The goal here is a wide adoption of crytocurrency, but when distributors reject a payment means as widely recognized as MasterCard , it posses serious problems.

• The support service needs a boost to keep users at ease and happy. A support team working in the day and night time would help achieve this.
