Volume has picked up a little with Bitcoin which hangs around $6500 in the last day as the majority of the coins on my radar are down. The exception is ETHEREUM classic which proves again to be fun to trade, and is often the first altcoin back in the green.NEO and ELF are hung over from their nice runs yesterday down 9% or so and 0X is taking its turn to take the lead in the Clown Race.

On the shorter term 6-hour Bitcoin chart, we have reversed the trend on the bottom of the STOCH and have one last stab at some short term growth. I have a star at the conservative target as the top Bollinger line and month-old resistance are in the same spot. I suppose there is a shot at breaking the top of this channel but we would need a large amount of buy trade volume over the weekend and I am not confident in that. We can probably take a couple days off and return Monday to see if the MACD is going to cross upwards for a nice pump or bounce down for another correction.

I say last chance at short term gain because of a closer look at the daily chart which shows daily price action in each candle. It is nice to see the volume stabilize and it has been a nice run at the top of the STOCH but we have to correct down at some point. BTC has the habit of grinding the top of the support index for some nice gains and I have the habit of being too conservative and cashing out a bit early but pick your profit taking point carefully. I would like to see the month-old resistance broken but wouldn't bank on a breach of 7k before the correction.
