Best exchange for micro-coin purchase?

If you know the crypto world or have seen posts from people that do then you will have heard of the following exchange. Cryptopia they have recently reopened registration to the public. As you may know crypto exchanges like bittrex and binance two of the biggest exchanges have both closed their registrations to the public. Unlike binance however cryptopia allows users to purchase startup coins that are still in the penny purchase amounts . Please heed my warning join cryptopia before new registrations are closed again......
