Update to Shang 2.0

The Untraceable Cryptocurrency digitalized from ancient China's Shang Dynasty (c.1600-1046 BCE).
Based on cryptonote technology and inspired by the shell money used during Shang.
ShangCoin focused on privacy and low fee.

ShangCoin is launching the Mac/Win GUI wallets with mining ability, which will help decentralized the distribution of ShangCoin. Non-tech people can also enjoy mining Shang without command line mining tools.

Download a binary version of the Shang core, or build it your self. Open and edit the .bat file.
Launch ./shangd and wait until it is synchronizes with the blockchain. Launch ./simplewallet and ./miner —address.
