@airhawk-project started a crypto-knowledge writing contest which is centred on cryptogene(CGT)..... So here's my entry

SUMMARY OF THE CRYPTOGENE PROJECT
This project is open to all but has its main target in Africa. It was founded in December 2016 on a telegram group consisting of people from different nationalities. They focused on learning and sharing information concerning crypto currency and the blockchain technology.

A total of 50,000,000 will be issued and 25,000,000 will be sold during the ICO.

THE ICO
From what I know so far... The ICO is divided into four stages and each stage will run for 5 days and a total of 3 million CGT will be available for each sale. In the first week, a bonus of 40% bonus will be given to all buyers and a bonus of 10% in the last week.
You also get paid for preaching the cryptogene gospel to family, friends and enemies with 10% bonus on each person you refer.... I love this part. 😀😀😀😀

Some time back I was introduced into cryptogene by a great number of persons and I knew what I stood on achieving if I joined this growing platform, well so I decided to give it a shot and I would say it was quite easy as possible and it did not require me having any great knowledge about computer.

So first what was needed from me was to create a waves wallet address which can be done from http://waveswallet.io ,click on that url link and a new page would be available to you, create an address wallet with them, with just few easy steps as shown in the page. Back up your wallet address, which includes the different phrase as it is very important to log in back your account.

You can as well access the waves wallet from your android mobile phone by downloading a software from google playstore called "waves wallet".

To Register on cryptogene, presently it requires you to have a telegram app, as it is used to complete our transactions, and the accepted currencies are ethereum, bitcoin and transfer from waves wallet also.

So to do this, you go to https://t.me/Cryptogene_Ico_Bot and access it via your telegram app, it will quickly open a page for you via your telegram app with the list of all commands, then you setup your receiver’s address, to do this you need to first link your waves wallet to cryptogene, like I said earlier, you probably must have created an account with them.

So copy your address, and paste it your telegram which would be confirmed, next is to fund your account and ethereum, bitcoin and waves wallet is currently accepted as at the time of posting this.

So for easy transaction I choose ethereum due to the low transaction rate when compared to bitcoin and is easy to get.
If you are new to cryptocurrency and you have a steemit account, you probably earned a little by now, you can exchange your sbd/steem to this ethereum.

To do this, you need to first have an ethereum wallet which can be created at http://blockchain.info and you need to create an address at http://blocktrades.us as well .

So back to the cryptogene, you have clicked on ethereum as your receiver coin, a new address would be shown to you, where you are required to send any amount of ethereum you need and as at now the price of cryptogene is $0.1 and with the current bonus you could get a decent amount of cryptogene for $12.

So you go back to your ethereum wallet and send the required amount you need and the money would be delivered to your cryptogene address within minutes and an alert will be shown to you about the transfer.
