RE: Good Stories Getting In The Way Of Truth

Thank you for your answer, and you make some good points about legal ass-covering, however in some ways you are helping to illustrate my point; please bear with me and allow me to explain how.

Hatters that used to work with mercury, poisoned themselves and sometimes went insane.
True

Mercury is an extremely toxic substance when ingested or touched with bare skin.
True

Pregnant women are asked to avoid certain seafoods because of the mercury content.
True (except in Japan)

Some vaccines have mercury in them and are injected into babies.
Also true.

Now here's where the collective truths, turn into a half-truth, because the amount of mercury in a single shot vaccination is trace, as in a single part per millions. In fact, there is more mercury in a general anaesthetic than there is in an MMR vaccine.

Yet where are all the millions of people worldwide who receive a general anaesthetic each year with autism?

Where are the thousands of lawsuits from people claiming to be completely normal before their GA and whom now have autism?

Arsenic is poisonous, yet it appears in many foods we eat, it is the same kind of thing. When a drug company says safe, this usually means that there is a less than 1 in 100 million chance of it not being. These are the kind of stringent rules the FDA and other health organisations place on them.

I'm not saying that there aren't cases of children developing autism-like symptoms after vaccinations, what I am saying is that because we hear these anecdotes in isolation, it's impossible to say that any prevailing symptoms were because of said vaccinations.

We can only look at the multiple-country studies involving tens of thousands of children, that have been carried out by countless organisations, governments, and universities, over almost three decades, which show absolutely zero correlation between vaccinations and autism. Which as my original point stated, does not seem to be as powerful evidence to people, as single, isolated anecdotes.

Which if you think about, is pretty crazy, in a less emotionally charge field, if I presented you with the kind of research that has gone into vaccinations, you would just except it as overwhelming evidence.

I personally find this phenomena fascinating, thanks again for your comment, very stimulating! :-).

Yep, I definitely cannot claim with any certainty that mercury is the culprit. I'm not science smart like that. I've some common sense smarts though, and I only mean to suggest that it's not helping matters, and it may in fact be causing more harm than good. GAs on the other hand are generally not given to babies. Babies come into this world so fragile, and their immune systems aren't yet fully developed, so their bodies aren't necessarily as equip to protect themselves from the toxin. Also, the mercury is given to the vaccine in order to preserve it, but they don't modify the amount of mercury to account for the fact that they'll be injecting it into a baby. You know what, and this is a potential money maker for you. If you are science smart. I seen a challenge not too long ago for "$100k to anyone who can prove that mercury in vaccines is safe to administer to children". If you do win that contest, then maybe you could send a finders fee my way :-D
