Don't understand French, so I hope I will not repeat something you already wrote :-)
Statistic shows, that more often than not, break out happens before end of triangle, typically somewhere around 2/3 of the triangle.

Also triangle is consolidation pattern, it is telling us that break out likely going to happen. But it does not give you much clue about direction. If SBD should be on pair with USD and if witnesses are changing the rates to get it priced lower, than one could expect break out to happen to the downside.
