Polybius, the fully-digital bank of the future?

I just came across this new project that just came out. Read their ''ProspectUs'' on the site and was wondering what you guys, my Steemers think about it.
This project is still raising money as an ICO. What's that?
ICO (Initial Coin Offering) is a model of crowdfunding that allows us to issue Digital Shares (Tokens) in exchange for investments. Each Token will entitle its holder to a share of Polybius annual profit distributed proportionately among all token holders.
