Los reguladores de la Unión Europea, representados en los ministros de finanzas de los diferentes países se reunieron el pasado 8/10/2018 en Viena con la finalidad de discutir todo lo concerniente a la regulación de las cryptomonedas en todo el territorio de la UE.

Pues parece que las cosas no fueron tan fáciles, como algunos de los que participaron en tal reunión pensaban, ya que aparecieron muchas dudas que evidentemente dividieron las opiniones de tales funcionarios, algunos propugnaban la limitación del financiamiento de las ICO´s, y la total prohibición de las granjas de minado en Europa, según entiendo estas propuestas no avanzaron, ya que entre los reguladores aparecieron voces esgrimiendo que no se podían cometer los errores que en tal sentido ha cometido China.

Entonces al no haber consenso (palabra un poco fuerte para los reguladores) en la reunión, por ahora no existe limitación para las ICO´s, ni prohibición para las granjas de minado. Mientras estudian como van a hacer para controlar el mercado de las cryptos en territorio europeo.
