The HYPE is real
Do you want to know how to make money in crypto fast? All it takes is the push of a button.
Well, ok there is a bit more to it then that. There is always the tried and true way of technical analysis, you can buy solid coins and hold long term, you can get mining equipment then sell your coins on the market....or you can be the one of the lucky or skilled ones to hear news or a rumor first.
In my previous post I went into a bit of this idea that I wanted to expand on here and show some proof. I experienced it first hand when I was just getting into crypto with a now infamous coin EMC2. I had no idea what I was doing, but I figured out how to find basic information on a coin and for some reason I really liked EMC2, I bought $80 worth of bitcoin and made my first trade into EMC2, only to see that in the morning I now had $100 😎 totally ready to quit my job. Then a couple days later we get this tweet
Now lets check out the chart
If we look at the first big spike at the end of November, this is actually before they made the announcement, which makes me think some people on the inside made a big purchase as they knew this tweet would cause a price surge, and luckily when I happened to buy too. 🤑 Then we see a huge run up to 20k sats, a retracement and one more push before they actually released the news...the most disapointing mind blowing news anyone had ever heard. 😂 If you sold the top here after purchasing on Nov 30th you would of have made 4x your money. Full disclosure, I did not, 🤷♂️, but I still took a nice profit.
Next lets look at NXT/IGNIS airdrop where every holder of NXT got airdropped a new token IGNIS at a 1:1 ratio
We can see in mid November the news is released, then when we see real skyward movement in mid-December is when Bittrex announced they would support the air drop. Here again if you bought when the news released and sold at the top you would have made 5x your money. Again I didnt maximize profits heres, but with the little knowledge I had I still made a nice profit, and held a bit for the snap shot, but would have been more profitable to just sell the top.
And whats on a lot of peoples mind right now? ZCL. Lets look at its chart.
Its hard to tell from this chart, but back around December 10th ZCL was sitting at about 10,000 sats or $3ish, then we have news that it is being forked into Bitcoin Private and we see an immediate price increase. There has even been 3 chances so far to sell at 1.5 million Sats, thats a 150x increase! I missed this train almost entirley, I got in pretty late around 1 mil sats, so sitting about even right now, but had I not been greedy I could have taken a nice profit, and there may still be a chance to do that. We can be certain of one thing after the VeChain rebrand is people sell the news no matter what, while I am planning to hold $VET long term, I was thinking of selling so I could buy back lower, but in my head I was like what if the BMW partnership is really announced it will moon for sure and Ill end up with less VeChain buying higher, but nope, selling the news phenomenon is fail proof in my eyes. Human psychology and greed can make us lose money, like for me on EMC2 even though I took profit I still held some through announcement, just in case it really was mind blowing news!
So whats the best way to find the news first? Well I’m offering 50% off for my signals channell for the first 10....Sike! LOL sorry I had to.
Honestly for me the best way to find the news is to keep your eyes and ears open all across the web. There is https://coinmarketcal.com but a lot of time by the time you find it or read it there it is already priced in. Just remember don’t buy when the news or fork is already prices in, set a target for youself, and don’t get greedy. As a service to my readers I will make a quick post if I discover news I deem worthy of sharing in regards to this trading strategy.
