Kucoin Makes An Announcement Regarding Withdrawal Of Ethereum and ERC20 Tokens

That sure looks like a headline that would give some people a heart attack.
Here's the announcement from Kucoin:
Recently we are experiencing huge growth of traffic and user registrations, our servers are under heavy load and there are huge pressure on Ethereum wallet servers. And the congestion of Ethereum network makes it even worse, thus the withdrawals of Ethereum and ERC20 tokens might be delayed for hours.
We are truly sorry about this and we will do our best to improve the performance and speed, KuCoin users used to withdraw their assets instantly, and we promise that we will do whatever we can to recover the withdraw efficiency. Thanks for your support and patience!
After reading some backlash on Reddit about issues with Kucoin, Raiblocks and now Ethereum transactions being problematic, it's comforting to see that they come out with this kind of announcement.
Kucoin has grown extremely fast and is struggling to cope with their growing pains.
In other news, compare this news with CoinExchange's recent news regarding BTC transactions. The BTC transactions are delayed AND require a high fee, whereas the Ethereum transactions are only delayed.
Wonder which one people care about more? Well, they obviously vote with their wallets, no pun intended.
You only need to look at the price of BTC vs ETH to see what the market prefers.
