Best mining pool with the smallest minimum withdraw amount?

One common problem I see with mining pools is that they have a minimum withdraw amount set to a decently high amount. People who just mine casually will never have a hope of achieving this goal in a realistic amount of time. So I was wondering what other options are out there? I use Minergate to mine Bytecoin(BCN) because the minimum withdraw amount is very low but I was looking for some possible alternatives. Hope you guys know something!
